OUR WORK

Client case: smart email automation

A mid-sized B2B services company was unable to keep up with incoming demand over email due to a time-intensive sales process that involved sifting through incomplete emails, clarifying requests in long email chains, and searching through internal databases. This lead to unanswered lower-potential or incomplete client requests, which caused missed sales opportunities.

Problem

Employees were spending hours each week replying to repetitive client requests over email. Extracting key info from long threads and writing consistent replies slowed down response times to the extent of ignoring older unread emails.

Solution

We developed an AI Sales Assistant that connects with Microsoft Outlook. It scans emails, detects intent, flags poor-quality inputs, extracts key details, and drafts replies. Employees stay in control by reviewing messages before sending, with added context on the client’s file. The tool links to internal systems via a cloud API and runs at under €5/month.
